Prices

All rates quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT and service.

Locals’ Discount

20% discount is applied to the bed and breakfast rate shown on our booking system http:/www.ilsington.co.uk/booking.
The discount is for bed and breakfast charges only. All extras including meals, drinks and treatments will be charged as normal.
Bookings must be made directly with the hotel, either through the hotel’s online booking system or by telephone—quoting TQ Thursdays.
No 3rd party booking systems will be eligible for the discount.
Discount will be applied to the bill on departure.
Offer not available during August, September and 23rd December to 2nd January.
Subject to availability.
Can’t be used in conjunction with special offers.
Must be booked at least 7 days in advance in order for the discount to apply.

Credit Cards

The card details of the person staying will be used to guarantee your booking and authorisation taken to cover the cost of the stay. No third-party cards can be accepted for payment. In the event of cancellation the credit card will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see below). In some cases payment will be required at the time of booking but this will be clearly stated.

Arrivals and Departures 

Check in is from 15:00
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00. After this time we may store luggage for you should you wish to continue using the hotel facilities.

Cancellations

Our cancellation period is 7 day prior to arrival. Should we be unable to re-let the accommodation then the full charge will apply. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

Insurance

You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Children

Children under 16 years of age can only be accommodated in superior rooms (maximum 1 child) or suites (maximum 2 children).  We make a small charge of £20 per child to include breakfast (children under 2 years are accommodated free of charge). All other meals are charged as extra. Please ensure you have reserved one of these rooms if travelling with children. Children’s meals are available in the Blue Tiger Inn and served all day. Children are welcome to eat with you in the main Restaurant for dinner, however we do ask for consideration of other diners.

Childrens times for swimming are from 8am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm. Children must be supervised at all times in the Spa area.

Dogs

Dogs can only be accommodated in certain rooms (ground floor standard rooms and two of the suites on the first floor), and are subject to a £15 per night charge. We allow dogs in the conservatory and bedrooms only. They should be kept on a lead in the hotel grounds.

Christmas Package Terms & Conditions

We regret we do not accommodate Children under 12 on our Christmas and New Year Programme although they are welcome for the Twixmas Package. A non-refundable deposit of £250 per room is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable by 25th November 2026. All payments are non-refundable and guests are strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance to provide cover in the event of cancellation. The hotel reserves the right to alter the advertised programme and menus at any time. No adjustment to the tariff will be made for any part of the package not taken.

Twixmas Package Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £75 per room is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable by 1st December 2026. Any cancellations made after 1st December 2026 will result in the full balance being charged. All payments are non-refundable and guests are strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance to provide cover in the event of cancellation.

New Year Package Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £150 per room is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable by 30th November 2026. For bookings made after 30th November 2026, full payment will be required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable and guests are strongly advised to take out suitable travel insurance to provide cover in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. The hotel reserves the right to alter the advertised programme and menus at any time. No adjustment to the tariff will be made for any part of the package not taken.

General Information

All prices include VAT. Please note that children under 12 are not permitted on the Christmas and New Year programmes, although they are welcome on the Twixmas package.
